經營moono 這幾年來，大部分出現過的品項都是滿足自己對甜點探索的好奇和慾望。筆記記下了很多未曾採用過的食材或配搭，待有時間就會試做一下，但最後呈現到大家面前的可能只有好幾個。眾多失敗品有些是未到印象深刻，有些花了很多時間試造外形還未試到滿意的程度。而有一部分出現過配搭都是靈機一閃 將試緊兩款不同蛋糕的素材不如試下加埋一齊，最後意外地夾喎的作品。這個新口味的純素拿破崙蛋糕 就是這樣出現的。
